K3 is committed to expanding opportunities in clinical research for talented individuals from traditionally underrepresented communities. We offer an immersive three-to-six month training program for students from Historically Black Colleges and Universities and from economically challenged backgrounds who are pursuing careers in data and clinical science.

Participants get comprehensive access to emerging methods, shadowing with veteran biostatisticians and HEOR scientists, and rotational assignments on real client analytics work — all focused on building scientific competency without financial barriers.

The goal is a more diverse and equitable industry talent base, equipped with the data science and research skills that ultimately expand patient access to life-enriching treatments.
